Personality counts.
The Jan.7, 2010 New York Times ran a wonderful article that speaks volumes about vendor-client relations. The tortured tale of a designer and his client reminded me of the importance of being nice. (Read it all the way to the end.)
It also reminded me of a bit of dialogue from Pulp Fiction, as follows:
JULES
I don’t eat dog either.
VINCENT
Yes, but do you consider a dog to
be a filthy animal?
JULES
I wouldn’t go so far as to call a
dog filthy, but they’re definitely
dirty. But a dog’s got
personality. And personality goes
a long way.

So by that rationale, if a pig had
